Where we ship

CNPS.AI ships only to destinations that are available when you enter your delivery address at checkout. A country appearing in our market or shipping configuration does not guarantee that every product or carrier service is available to every address.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout after a complete delivery address is entered. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Inventory availability, address verification, carrier capacity, customs review, public holidays, and destination restrictions can affect dispatch and delivery.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are processed subject to payment authorization and inventory availability. When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact details provided with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring carrier communications.

International duties and taxes

Orders may be shipped internationally from China. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local handling charges may apply. Unless checkout explicitly states that duties or taxes are included, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Restrictions

Many products contain lithium batteries or wireless components. Carrier or destination-country restrictions can limit a shipping method or prevent shipment. If we cannot lawfully or reliably ship an order, we will contact the customer and cancel or refund the affected item as appropriate.
