These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from CNPS.AI at shop.cnps.ai. By using the store, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from the store.

Store information and eligibility

CNPS.AI is operated from Dongying, Shandong, China. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction.

Products, specifications, and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Manufacturer software, cloud features, language support, accessories, and regional compatibility can change. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected item.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, export or import restriction, pricing error, or inability to serve the delivery address. Any captured payment for a cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and digital services

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Digital plans, cloud services, applications, translations, and AI-generated outputs may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms, supported regions, account requirements, and service availability.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, scrape or reproduce protected content without authorization, or use products or services in violation of applicable law or the rights of others. You are responsible for complying with recording-consent, privacy, radio, import, export, and product-use rules that apply where you use a product.

Intellectual property and third-party services

Store content is owned by CNPS.AI or used with permission. Brand names, product names, software, cloud services, and third-party links remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNPS.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
